GemTheName (gemthename.com) is owned and operated by Pranishi Digital, Pune, India. GemTheName sells digital design files: vector outlines (SVG and DXF) of name pendants generated from text you provide. By using this site or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

Each purchase covers one design — a specific name at a specific size — delivered as SVG and DXF files. The files remain available for re-download in your account. The watermarked preview shown before purchase depicts the same geometry as the purchased files.

License

You may use purchased files to manufacture physical items for personal or commercial purposes, in unlimited quantities. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the digital files themselves.

Manufacturing disclaimer

We generate geometry that is verified to be a single connected piece at the stated size. Actual cutting results depend on your fabricator's equipment, material, and settings, which are outside our control. Features such as bridges are tuned for roughly 1–2 mm sheet at the offered sizes; scaling far outside that range is at your discretion.

Accounts

Sign-in is by one-time email link. You are responsible for access to your email address. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service.

Payments & pricing

Prices are shown before checkout in USD. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or bank details. Credits purchased in packs do not expire. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the design concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India — the registered place of business of Pranishi Digital.
