Instant digital delivery

Credits are added to your account the moment your payment is confirmed by Razorpay. Unlocked design files (SVG and DXF) are available for download immediately from your account, and remain available for re-download at any time.

Delivery failures

If your payment succeeded but credits or files don't appear within a few minutes, refresh your account page — webhook confirmation can occasionally take a moment. Still missing? Email hello@gemthename.com with your payment reference; we resolve delivery issues within 24 hours or refund the payment in full.

No physical shipping

We do not manufacture or ship physical pendants. The files you buy are intended to be cut by you or a fabricator of your choice.
