Refund & Cancellation Policy

GemTheName (gemthename.com) is operated by Pranishi Digital, Pune, India. You see a full watermarked preview of the exact geometry before paying, so you always know what you're buying.

Cancellation

Digital files and credits are delivered instantly, so an order cannot be cancelled once payment completes. If you were charged but did not receive your credits or files, contact us — if we can't deliver within 24 hours, we'll refund the payment in full.

When we refund

If a purchased file is defective — it does not match the preview, is not a single connected piece as stated, or will not open as a valid SVG/DXF — email hello@gemthename.com within 14 days and we'll fix the file or refund the purchase in full. Duplicate charges for the same order are always refunded.

When we don't

Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, we can't refund for change of mind, misspelled names you approved in the preview, or cutting problems caused by fabrication settings, material choice, or scaling beyond the recommended range. Unspent credits from a pack are not refundable once any credit from that pack has been used.

How

Email hello@gemthename.com from your account address with the name of the design or the payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
