GemTheName (gemthename.com) is operated by Pranishi Digital, Pune, India. We collect the minimum needed to sell you design files.

What we collect

Your email address (for sign-in links and receipts), the names you render and purchase (to generate and store your designs), and payment confirmation from our payment processor. We never see your card or bank details — payments are handled by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your data with advertisers, send marketing email without consent, or use third-party analytics that track you across sites.

Transliteration

As you type, the text is sent to Google's Input Tools service to suggest Devanagari spellings. Only the typed word is sent — no account information.

Retention & deletion

Purchased designs and your email are kept so you can re-download your files. Email hello@gemthename.com to delete your account and data at any time.
